The Mother's Day festivities started with a breakfast for moms at Emerson's school. Her sweet teachers had breakfast and coffee for all the moms, along with a pretty planted flower and strawberry jam. After breakfast, I was off to see Gavin's little performance. He was so cute singing with his class. Every time he spotted me, he would give me the biggest smile.
On Saturday, Emerson and I went to a Mother's Day tea with my mom. While we were enjoying "tea" and scones, Gavin and Casey were at the Farmer's Market enjoying their fair share of strawberries. We ended the day with a family cookout. Casey's sister and her family, his parents, and his grandparents all came over. We even roasted marshmallows! The next day was spent at church, taking my mom to brunch, and playing outside with the kids.
