Emerson recently had her appointment with the Allergist. The doctor tested Emerson for milk and soy allergies. The test itself did not make Eme happy, but we got through it! We finally know...for sure...that she IS in fact allergic to milk and soy. We were told to completely eliminate both from her diet, if possible, until she is tested again in 6 months. It's unfortunate that she IS allergic, but it's nice to finally know for sure.
