Emerson's 3rd Birthday

My sweet girl is 3!!! Wow! It is absolutely AMAZING how time flies. SHE is AMAZING! Emerson woke up on her birthday to a room filled with pink balloons. Lots of pink balloons. We decided to have her birthday party at our house and she decided it should be all about dinosaurs. Some laugh when they hear that she picked dinosaurs for the theme of her birthday. It is kinda funny. A little girl, all about pink, and she LOVES dinosaurs. Thanks to Paw-Paw, we had plenty of dinosaurs around the house to decorate. Casey and I made the cake the night before. A "brontosaurus" as Eme would call it. Kinda looked like a turtle if you ask me! Tasted good though. We had a great turn out. The house was packed. The kids played, ate some dinosaur snacks, played "Pin the Tail on the Dinosaur", watched Eme open presents, and then had cake and ice cream. Eme was a trooper through it all...she woke up at midnight not feeling so good. She later started a chain of colds in our family, that we are just now getting over. She didn't really have any symptoms the morning of her party, so we decided to go on with the party. She started feeling really bad the next day or so. I wasn't the greatest picture taker at the party, but Casey did manage to take a few.
