So poo on mommy! I managed to take some pretty horrible pictures of the kids opening their presents. Not sure if my camera was on a funky setting or if it was just me. They were terrible. These are just a few of the more acceptable pictures from the morning. Oh...and that guy at the bottom...he's the Grinch. ;)
We were all highly anticipating Christmas morning and how the kids would act when they saw all their presents from Santa. Emerson was hilarious. She was so dramatic when she opened her gifts. Gavin, well, he seemed like he didn't know what was going on. He was very interested in the cash register that Santa brought Eme, but other than that he just kinda opened presents after being urged to do so. He was a little under the weather, so maybe that had something to do with it. Mammaw, Pa, Nana and PawPaw were all there to watch the present opening.
After the kids were done opening presents from Santa, it was time to open presents from Nana and PawPaw. The adorable baby bed was a gift to Eme from Nana. Isn't it so cute?! She loves it and we have to tuck her "baby of choice" in for the night before tucking her in. After presents, we enjoyed some homemade goodies and mimosas for breakfast. After nap time...including nap time for the adults...we had a super yummy dinner prepared by yours truly. OK, so maybe that was a lie. Casey cooked crab legs and steak for dinner. It was so good!
We are truly blessed.
