Gavin made the Boys U9 Challenge team and he couldn't be more excited to play. His first game was this past Sunday and the boys did great. With only having 2 practices prior to this first game, we were all pretty impressed with how well they did. His team, Sporting, won 9-3. Gavin played in goal for the first half and did great. Mama, on the other hand, was a bit nervous. He loved every second of it, but I know he was also ready to play the field during the 2nd half. It was a great first game and these boys really played hard. We can't wait to see the growth that happens throughout the season.
