I'm a little behind on this post! We were finally able to make it to the beach this year, as a family, and what a trip it was!! The trip wouldn't have been nearly as exciting if we didn't make a pit stop at the emergency room in Jacksonville. (That post coming soon) Once we were at the beach, we had a few visitors for a day. It was so nice to see my friend Jaime and her girls, Nia and Izzy. The kids had a great time and it was so good to catch up with such an old friend. The kids had lots of time out on the beach and we even spent some time out on the boat. Emerson and Gavin were able to fish, and so was Pa! Emerson even caught a shark! Other than being a little under the weather, the trip was great. The weather was perfect and we made some wonderful memories.
