The threat of snow came and daddy was due to fly out that morning. He made me promise to do the snow dance and sing the snow song while he was gone. He did this with the last snow and now Gavin has asked me to do it several times since. He truly believes snow will start falling soon after. Daddy is the snow guy. Snow is not at all mommy's thing. Daddy also made me promise that I would take the kids sledding. Who does he think I am?! Does he really expect me to trap my kids inside with snow on the ground to play in? I do have to say, sledding isn't easy for me. Emerson would have to agree that daddy is much better at pushing the sled down the hill. She pretty much told me I sucked, without saying I sucked. ;) Sledding, snow angels, and snow cream. Good memories. Just wish daddy could have been here to share them with.
These pictures were on our 2nd trip outside. I had to wake Gavin up. His mood definitely showed it.
She is definitely her daddy's girl.
