Mrs. Butler's kindergarten class was super excited when it was time for field day! The kids were full of energy and looked like they had tons of fun. It was a bit chilly out, but they stayed warm by running around to each of the events. They jumped rope, had a scooter race, played dodge/roller ball, and did so much more! The class started to fade when it came time for lunch. After basketball, the kids went back to the classroom to eat and enjoy a special treat. The kids spent the rest of the afternoon watching the older kids play dodge ball against the teachers and ended the day with a dance party. Emerson had a great time and was exhausted when she got home.
Notice the tongue. It's always hanging out of her mouth when she's super concentrated. ;)
