Will and Melinda invited us all over to grill out for the evening recently. Melinda was so sweet to include the kids and she set up an outdoor movie for them to watch when it started to get dark. The kids (and some adults) cooked their hotdogs over the fire, which they thought was really cool. After dinner, everyone enjoyed s'mores!! Gavin kept burning his and wanted someone else to eat it. Miles was so cute, he would pretty much repeat everything Gavin said. Whatever Gavin said, Miles said. Whatever Gavin did, Miles did. It was so funny to watch. Melinda had the Minion movie for the kids to see and she even made Minion cookies for them. They were spoiled rotten at Will and Melinda's!! One funny thing I should mention....Will and Melinda live in Garner. I guess Gavin thought it was a bit of a drive because when we were almost to their house, he asked if they lived in Florida, because we had been driving forever. ;) They do like pretty far out! We had such a good time and can't wait to do it again. Oh, and someone shared some exciting news with everyone. Terry and Elizabeth are expecting a baby! Super happy for them and can't wait to see them as parents!
