On our way home from school today, Emerson informs me that when she gets home she's going to go upstairs and change clothes. I told her she was not going to change clothes. I said, we wear one outfit a day and then we put our jammies on at bedtime. I also told her that Mommy does not like doing laundry all the time. She then said she promised to take off her clothes (when she changed) and put them in the laundry room. She said she would just "laundry them herself" because I don't like doing laundry all the time. Meaning...she was changing clothes when she got home. If she wasn't so darn cute.
