After much debate, Gavin finally decided that he wanted a birthday party. He was not going to be satisfied with just going to Florida for his birthday. His first choice was having his birthday party at the beach. After I explained that he may not have many people come, he settled on a party at our house. My kids aren't huge fans of having their birthdays at bounce houses, so the house it was. He decided he just wanted some friends to come over and they could go explore the creek with Daddy. Sounded easy enough. Aunt T was nice enough to make the cupcakes again this year and there were caterpillars and veggies to snack on. The kids ate, sang Happy Birthday, enjoyed cupcakes, and did some creek exploring. Gavin had a great time and the other kids seemed to enjoy themselves too. For a quick thrown together party, we did pretty good! Happy birthday sweet boy!
